Buyer Acknowledgment

The highest bidder accepted by A1 Assets for any lot will be deemed the buyer. Only the successful buyer will be notified within 24 business hours of the bid deadline. Bids after the closing date/time are not accepted, and no last-look opportunities or rights of first refusal are granted. A1 Assets reserves the right to refuse participation in the auction or to reject any bids at its sole discretion.

Buyer Responsibilities

Once a lot is awarded, the buyer assumes full risk and responsibility for the lot. In the event of disputes between bidders, A1 Assets reserves the right to designate the buyer, withdraw the disputed lot, or re-offer it in a future auction. All decisions made by A1 Assets are final and binding.

Reserve Price and Auction Modifications

Lots may have a reserve price, which can be adjusted at A1 Assets’ discretion. Additionally, A1 Assets may withdraw, divide, or combine lots without prior notice. Bids deemed insufficient or nominal may be disregarded at the company’s discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made by cash or wire transfer—no other forms of payment are accepted. Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes, including Retail Sales Tax and Federal Goods and Services Tax. Failure to pay in full may result in sale cancellation and possible re-listing of the lot.

Pickup and Storage

Buyers must collect their purchases within 3 business days of notification. Items not collected within this time may result in sale cancellation or re-listing. Until the item is paid for and removed, it remains at the buyer’s risk.

Warranty Disclaimer and Item Conditions

All items are sold “as-is, where-is”, with no warranty expressed or implied. Descriptions provided are for reference only and may not be fully accurate. Buyers are encouraged to review the listing carefully and bid accordingly. Missing components or accessories may not be explicitly listed in the lot details.

Descriptions issued by A1 Assets reflect statements of opinion and not guaranteed representations of the item’s condition. Buyers must evaluate and bid based on their discretion.

Shipping and Returns

For larger lots, buyers must coordinate with their freight carriers to ensure on-time pickups.

– Buyers must provide accurate payment and shipping information to avoid delays.
