By becoming a member of A1 Assets Auctions you agree to these terms and conditions.

Terms:

All equipment is used and tested for key functions and ready for resale. All products are tested, inspected for defects, and any data is wiped. Cosmetic imperfections are noted in the corresponding spreadsheet. Products include a 30 day warranty.

Auctions:

All bids are considered a binding legal contract. Non paying bidders may have their account suspended or revoked. Bids placed within the last 2 minutes of an auction will extend the time by 2 minutes.

Shipping:

Upon winning bid the buyer will receive the shipping dimensions in order to schedule a pickup. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and logistics. A1 Assets may offer a delivery service within the state of Florida depending on schedule availability for a fee. All equipment must be picked up within 10 business days or incur a storage fee. All products are professionally packaged for shipment. Products will be photographed before shipment. Shipment BOL and labels must be supplied before pickup. Loading docks and forklift are available. Small lots can be shipped through our carrier which is Fedex or a shipping label can be supplied.

Payment:

All payments must be made within 48 hours of winning bid. Payments must be paid in USD via wire or ACH transfer. Invoice and payment information will be supplied upon winning bid. All products must be paid for in full before they can be scheduled for pickup.

Tax:

All in state sales picked up in Florida will incur a 7% tax. A Florida tax exemption certificate for resale may be submittted to have tax excluded.

Warranty:

30 Days Warranty. All products will be in working order unless noted. Hard drives will have between 80-100% health according to the testing software “Hard Drive Sentinel”. Any shipping damages must be reported within 24 hours after receiving product.

Returns:

A1 Assets will issue an RMA for defective products and a replacement will be offered.
